Sword and Fairy: Together Forever Gets Gameplay Trailer, Physical Release Detailed

Eastasiasoft provided a new trailer for its upcoming release of Softstar Bejing’s Sword and Fairy: Together Forever. The four-minute video introduces its premise and gameplay, including its action combat, exploration, party customisation, and card-based mini-game.

In addition, publisher Serenity Forge announced it is partnering with Eastasiasoft and Softstar Bejing to release the game’s physical editions in North America and Europe. Both Premium and Premium Collector’s Editions are available to pre-order now from Serenity Forge’s website in North America, and are planned to ship in Q1 2023. Both editions will be released in Europe at a later date. The editions contain:

Sword and Fairy: Together Forever will release digitally on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in North America and Europe on August 4, 2022. The game is the latest in the Chinese mythology-based series that began in 1995 and released for PC as Sword and Fairy 7 in October 2021. Like the PC version, the console release will feature Mandarin voice overs with Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese text support.
