Loot River Highlights Its Spoils

Developer straka.studio released a new trailer for its action roguelike Loot River. The two-minute video gives an introduction to the variety of loot that players can pick up in the game across various equipment types. Equipment, including numerous weapon types, frequently comes with effects that players can utilise alongside effects from other pieces.

Loot River draws inspiration from Dark Souls and Tetris. It sees players working through a series of procedurally-generated dungeons as they visit floating ruins. Players use the Relic to move the ruins together through sliding puzzles. The game is expected to launch for PC and Xbox One in 2022.
