Beneath Oresa Demo Released

Developer Broken Spear released its first gameplay trailer for deckbuilding roguelike Beneath Oresa. The release of the trailer comes alongside the launch of a demo for the game, which is available now on Steam. Beneath Oresa will also be present at this week’s PAX East in Boston.

Beneath Oresa sees players diving into the depths of the city of Oresa. Players select a hero as well as companion, each providing eight unique powers. The game looks to combine RPG deckbuilding and “spatial” fighting, where combat is influenced by how close fighters are while cards have different upgrade paths. Beneath Oresa is in development for PC and planned for release later this year.
