Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters Details the Baleful Edict

Frontier Foundry released a new developer diary video for tactical RPG Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters. The video features developer Complex Games’ Creative Director Noah Decter-Jackson, Lead Designer Peter Schnabl, and Chief Technology Officer Adrian Cheater. They introduce the Baleful Edict, the ship that acts as the player’s mobile base of operations, as well as its crew and systems.

Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters features a story written by author Aaron Dembski-Bowden and follows the secret Grey Knights chapter of the Space Marines. The Grey Knights find themselves called upon to deal with the spread of a plague called the Bloom, travelling the galaxy and determining which planets will survive in their efforts to stop the Bloom. Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters will release on PC on May 5, 2022, and is available to pre-purchase now on Steam and the Epic Games Store for $44.99.
