Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters DLC Released

Frontier Foundry and Complex Games have released an expansion for tactical RPG Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters. The expansion is titled Duty Eternal and is available for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store for $14.99.

Duty Eternal sees players fighting against a new strain of the Bloom. It gives players access to the Venerable Dreadnought, an upgradeable combat walker, as well as the new Techmarine class and an additional strike vessel, the Gladius Frigate. In addition, a free updates adds new enemies to the base game: the Meltagun and Krak Grenades variant of the Plague Marine, the Fleshmower variant of the Foetid Bloat-Drone, and the Noxious Blightbringer.

Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters features a story written by author Aaron Dembski-Bowden and follows the secret Grey Knights chapter of the Space Marines. The Grey Knights find themselves called upon to deal with the spread of a plague called the Bloom, travelling the galaxy and determining which planets will survive in their efforts to stop the Bloom.
