Elden Ring Story Trailer Released

Bandai Namco and FromSoftware released a new trailer for upcoming action RPG Elden Ring. The four-minute video focuses on the Shattering, a war in the Lands Between resulting from the demigods’ power-hungry ambitions. With figures General Radahn and Malenia the Severed unable to unite the lands, the last hope is that a new Elden Lord rises and lifts the darkness.

Elden Ring is an action RPG set in a world created by Souls series creator Hidetaka Miyazaki and A Song of Ice and Fire author George R. R. Martin. The game features the mysterious Elden Ring, a power sought by many adventurers that bestows the title of Elden Lord of the Lands Between. Combat can be tackled head on, by stealth tactics, or by calling on allies for an assist, with an assortment of weapons, skills, and magic to utilize during combat. Elden Ring is set to release for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on February 25, 2022.
