During its latest Headline presentation for MMORPG Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis, Sega announced the major “Sandstorm Requiem” update. The free update will release in December 2021 and include the continuation of the game’s story with its second chapter as well as a new region, new enemies, new characters, an increased level cap, and more.

The second chapter sees players travelling to the Retem region alongside Aina and Manon.
