Metal Dogs Heading to PS4, Switch

Developer 24Frame announced that its Metal Max spin-off Metal Dogs will release on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The console versions of the game, which is currently on Steam Early Access, are planned to launch this winter. The developer also announced that the game’s version 0.2.0 patch is now available on Steam and adds a new Hard mode to the game.

Metal Dogs is an action roguelike that stars Pochi the battle dog. Players lead their battle dog through a dungeon that changes with each run, fighting against the hostile machines, including powerful WANTED. Players can pick one of three breeds of dog: Pochi the Shiba Inu, Bell the Doberman, and Bonanza the Bulldog, picking up new weapons and armor as they progress through the dungeon.
