The Vale: Shadow of the Crown Launches with Gameplay Trailer

Falling Squirrel has released its audio-only RPG The Vale: Shadow of the Crown. The game is available digitally for PC through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and itch.io as well as for Xbox One, priced at $19.99. To mark the release, the developer shared a new five-minute trailer giving insight into the game’s experience and features (using headphones is strongly recommended).

The Vale: Shadow of the Crown follows Alex, a princess who is blind from birth and whose elder brother has recently ascended to the throne. Given the position of warden of a castle on the outskirts of the kingdom, the protagonist’s journey is interrupted by an invading force and she finds herself alone needing to gather supplies and recruit allies in order to get home through a dark valley known as The Vale.
