The Cruel King and the Great Hero Gets Story Trailer

NIS America released a new trailer for The Cruel King and the Great Hero. The four-minute animated story trailer details the relationship between the young girl Yuu, her hero father, and her dragon guardian. As Yuu seeks to emulate her father and become a great hero, the dragon, who Yuu’s father defeated in the past and asked to look after her when he passed away, keep tabs on her.

The Cruel King and the Great Hero is an RPG from Sayaka Oda, creator of The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince. The game, which released in Japan in June 2021, will be released for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in North America and Europe in early 2022.
