SNK and DotEmu Announce Metal Slug Tactics

Publisher DotEmu and developer Leikir Studio have announced Metal Slug Tactics, a tactical RPG spin-off to SNK’s long-running side-scrolling shooter franchise. Though no release date has been announced, the game is planned to launch on PC via Steam.

Metal Slug Tactics reunites the Peregrine Falcon Squad. Marco, Eri, Fio, and Tarma are playable, with the trailer showing off each character’s attack styles. The game will feature other elements from the Metal Slug series, such as settings, weapons, environmental damage, and villains, along with skill trees, perks, super attacks, and roguelite elements.
