Fuga: Melodies of Steel Launching in July
Developer CyberConnect2 announced that its latest Little Tail Bronx title, Fuga: Melodies of Steel, will launch worldwide on July 29, 2021. The game will be available digitally for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. It will come in a $39.99 standard edition and a $59.99 deluxe edition that includes an 80-page digital artbook, a 15-track soundtrack download, swimwear costumes, a Dummy Soul, and a set of items.
Fuga: Melodies of Steel takes place in a setting inspired by France during World War II. The game follows a group of eleven children in command of a tank as they aim to rescue their captured families. The tank has a very powerful weapon, the Soul Cannon, but using it requires one of the characters to sacrifice themselves. There will be twelve chapters in the game, with multiple endings and a New Game Plus-style mode that lets players carry over experience gained on both completed and failed playthroughs.
After hearing hide nor hair (ha!) of this game, I was wondering if it had been delayed indefinitely. Not only do we have a release date, but it’s also coming out soon!
I doubt I’ll be able to play it upon release, but I do want to get this game on day one!
