The Waylanders Arrives on GOG.com’s Games in Development July 27

Gato Salvaje Studio has announced that it is bringing its upcoming title The Waylanders to GOG.com’s Games in Development program starting on July 27, 2020. Like the Steam Early Access version released on Steam last month, the Games in Development version, which will launch with a temporary 10% discount off its $34.99 price, will contain approximately 10-12 hours of content, set in the Celtic Age portion of the time-traveling story. Additional features such as loyalty quests, crafting improvements, and advanced character classes will be added via updates as development progresses, and will follow a similar roadmap as that of the Early Access release.

The Waylanders sees players joining up with nine party members who travel with them as they switch between Celtic and medieval time periods. The game is expected to fully launch for PC sometime in late 2020 or early 2021. An updated version of the previously-released Early Access trailer can be viewed below.
