Boot Hill Bounties Switch Release Pushed Back a Week [Correction]

(Original text posted on April 5, 2020) Experimental Gamer Studios announced that release of the Nintendo Switch version of Boot Hill Bounties has been pushed back a week to April 21, 2020. The delay is necessary to allow an important update to be applied ahead of its launch.

RPGamer has since learned that Boot Hill Bounties Nintendo Switch version will no longer be pushed back a week and that the original April 14, 2020, release date stands. The game is available to pre-order now from the eShop with a 35% discount on its regular $14.99 price.

A follow-up to 2013’s Boot Hill Heroes, Boot Hill Bounties was released for PC in 2017 and features a completely overhauled engine, as well as various new, improved, or refined features. The game is a retro RPG set in the American Wild West. It features influences from spaghetti Westerns and fantasy RPGs of the SNES era.
