Persona 5 Royal Trailer Shows Phantom Thieves’ World-Changing Aims

Atlus released a new trailer for Persona 5 Royal ahead of the game’s western release at the end of the month. The minute-long video introduces the Phantom Thieves’ goals of changing the hearts of their targets but stealing their treasures from an otherwordly dimension called the Metaverse.

Persona 5 Royal is an enhanced version of Persona 5. The release continues the game into the third semester of the school year in Japan, which runs from January to April. It will also add new locations, new events, new combat strategies, and other features. Persona 5 Royal is set to launch for PlayStation 4 on March 31, 2020, in North America and Europe.
