Ganbare! Super Strikers to Release This Month

Indie developer rese and publisher Ratalaika Games have confirmed release dates for the console versions of tactical turn-based soccer RPG, Ganbare! Super Strikers. The game will be releasing for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in North America on February 25, 2020, with the European PlayStation versions and Xbox One version for both territories arriving a day later on February 26, 2020. Finally, the North American and European Nintendo Switch release will launch on February 28, 2020. The official console launch trailer can be viewed below.

Ganbare! Super Strikers blends a soccer game into a grid-based tactical RPG skirmish. The story mode focuses on a small group of players trying to become the best soccer team in Japan, and eventually the world. Players will be able to field a team of seven or eleven participants who can level up, equip items, and learn special abilities that can inflict status effects during matches. There will be local multiplayer that allows up to eight players to participate in quick matches or a tournament mode.
