Dreamscaper Heading to Switch

During yesterday’s Indie World presentation, Nintendo and Afterburner Studios revealed that action RPG Dreamscaper is coming to Nintendo Switch. The Nintendo Switch release will be a timed console exclusive in early 2020, with the game also launching for PC.

Dreamscaper is an action roguelite where players control Cassidy and dive into her subconscious when she dreams. Cassidy suffers from surreal nightmares and players must survive these dreams in order to keep her from meeting a dark fate. Between dreams, players can build relationships with other characters, unlock new story events, and increase Cassidy’s power. Combat includes multiple weapon types with enemies and bosses based on Cassidy’s negative emotions.
