A Long Way Down Climbs Toward Early Access Release

Seenapsis Studio has announced an official release date for the Early Access version of its upcoming deck-building RPG, A Long Way Down. Gamers will be able to spend some time with the title via Steam beginning on January 16, 2020. At that point, about two to three hours of gameplay will be accessible, along with three playable characters, forty cards, and around a dozen monsters. The game is expected to spend between four and eight months in the Early Access stage before seeing a full release. A release date for the impending Nintendo Switch release has not yet been announced.

A Long Way Down sees players venturing through a deep maze filled with monsters and controlled by an evil mastermind. Players assemble a party from fellow adventurers in the darkness, building up a deck of cards not only to do battle but also used in exploration.
