Yakuza 4 Now Available on PlayStation 4

The remastered PlayStation 4 version of Yakuza 4 is now available in North America and Europe. The game is available as part of The Yakuza Remastered Collection, which grants access to PlayStation 4 versions of Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4, and Yakuza 5. Yakuza 3 and 4 are currently available, with Yakuza 5 set to launch on February 11, 2020. A limited run physical The Yakuza Remastered Collection: Day One Edition will be released on February 11, 2020, which includes:

• Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4, and Yakuza 5 on two discs
• Collectible Dragon of Dojima design case
• Yakuza 5 PlayStation 3 case

Yakuza 4 was originally released for PlayStation 3 in 2011. The game follows four playable characters: regular series protagonist Kazuma Kiryu, loan shark Shun Akiyama, Tojo clan member Taiga Saejima, and dirty cop Masayoshi Tanimura. In addition to graphical enhancements, the remastered releases of the three games feature relocalisations and all of the context that was cut in their previous English releases.
