Nioh 2 Open Beta Coming in November

Koei Tecmo announced that it will hold an open beta for the upcoming PlayStation 4 action RPG Nioh 2 this November. The beta will run from November 1, 2019, to November 10, 2019, with more details to be provided at a later date.

Koei Tecmo also showed off some of the game during this year’s Tokyo Game Show at the Sony’s event booth. The footage, viewable below alongside some screenshots from TGS, is entirely in Japanese but shows some three-player multiplayer as well as the Honnouji area of the game. Nioh 2 is a sequel to 2017’s historical-fantasy action RPG Nioh, and is set to be released in early 2020 exclusively for PlayStation 4.
