Grandia HD Collection Out Now on Switch

The Grandia HD Collection, a bundle containing Grandia HD Remaster and Grandia II HD Remaster, is now available for Nintendo Switch courtesy of GungHo Online Entertainment. The bundle is available digitally through the Nintendo eShop priced at $39.99. The HD versions include enhanced details on the UI, game sprites, and texture art, and enhancements to the cinematic videos. The games will come with both English and Japanese audio, as well as English, French, and German language support, with Japanese language support to be added via a patch at a later date.

The first Grandia game was released for Sega Saturn in Japan in 1997 before later coming to PlayStation worldwide. Grandia II was originally released for Sega Dreamcast in 2000 before later being released on PlayStation 2 and PC. Grandia II HD Remaster is currently available individually on PC under the title Grandia II Anniversary Edition, and will be renamed when Grandia HD Remaster launches on PC.
