First Yo-kai Watch Game Coming to Switch in Japan

Level-5 has announced that it will be releasing the first Yo-kai Watch game on Nintendo Switch in Japan. The game will be released physically and digitally on October 10, 2019, with remastered graphics and compatibility with Yo-kai Art and DX Yo-Seiken toys.

In Yo-kai Watch, players control either Nate or Katie as they befriend spirits called Yo-kai and use them to help fight against other Yo-kai. The multimedia franchise currently consists of four mainline games, the latest of which was recently launched for Nintendo Switch in Japan, as well as multiple spin-off games, smartphone apps, manga releases, and anime series and films.
