Edge of Eternity Early Access Update Adds New Chapter

Developer Midgar Studio and publisher Dear Villagers have released a new update to the Steam Early Access version of Edge of Eternity. This latest update adds in the game’s third chapter, titled “The Reunion”. The update is said to include around three-to-four hours of new content, including new locations to explore. Edge of Eternity’s Early Access version is currently available for $19.99/£15.49/€19.99.

Edge of Eternity looks to combine turn-based and tactical combat, using an ATB-based combat system as well as a combat grid and environmental interactions. The game is set on the planet Heryon, which is plunged into a war between its inhabitants and invaders from space. Edge of Eternity is being developed for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game’s full release on PC is currently planned for sometime in 2020.
