Bandai Namco is introducing a new Card Edit mode for the upcoming Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission. Players will be able to pick from a plethora of Dragon Ball characters to create unique cards to fill up a personal deck to use in RPG-styled battles. Up to five characters from the popular anime can be added to one card. Backgrounds and special effects can also adorn the card canvas for a finishing touch. The below trailer showcases custom cards being created along with special moves and parameters that can be added and used in battle.

Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission is set in a world where the Dragon Ball card game is the most popular spectacle around. The game originated as an arcade game, but World Mission will focus more on story and RPG-styled elements. The game is expected to release for the Nintendo Switch on April 4, 2019, in Japan, and one day later in North America and Europe for the Switch and PC.
