Judgment Officially Titled, English Voice Acting Revealed

During the Kinda Funny Games Showcase, Sega announced that Ryū ga Gotoku Studio’s newest title, known in Japan as Judge Eyes, will be released as Judgment in North America and Europe. The announcement comes with a new trailer that reveals that the game will come with English voice acting, with Greg Chun voicing protagonist Takayuki Yagami. Other confirmed actors with roles in the game include Crispin Freeman, Matthew Mercer, Cherami Leigh, Yuri Lowenthal, James Hong, Ed O’Ross, Amy Walker, Matt Yang King, Fred Tatasciore, Brian McNamara, SungWon Cho, Cristina Vee, and Max Mittelman. Judgment will include the option to choose between English and Japanese voice acting.

Set in the same world as Ryū ga Gotoku Studio’s Yakuza series, Judgment is a legal thriller that follows Takayuki Yagami — modelled on and played in Japanese by actor Takuya Kimura — a former defence lawyer who works as private investigator after the betrayal of a former client. The game is set to be released in Japan for PlayStation 4 on December 13, 2018, and will be released in North America and Europe in summer 2019.
