Bandai Namco Reveals Ni no Kuni II DLC Plans

Bandai Namco has announced various pieces of additional content coming to Level-5’s Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom. The first piece is the Adventure Pack, which will be released on August 8, 2018, and is free to all players. The Adventure Pack adds additional floors to the Faraway Forest, which provide new costumes when completed. It will also add new stronger bosses — Blackhart and Zeta — as well as new quests available after completing the game.

Two more pieces are so far confirmed to follow the Adventure Pack. The first of those will be coming this winter and add a new puzzle-based dungeon. The second is set for early next year and will feature new content and features, including an expansion to the game’s story. Both of these pieces are included as part of Ni no Kuni II‘s Season Pass.

Ni no Kuni II returns players to Ding Dong Dell, this time controlling a young boy named Evan, a deposed king who sets out to reclaim his throne. The game is available for PlayStation 4 and PC.
