Kingdom Come: Deliverance From the Ashes DLC Announced

Warhorse Studios and Deep Silver have revealed the first teaser trailer for the upcoming From the Ashes DLC for Kingdom Come: Deliverance. The minute-long video shows that players will be given the opportunity to build a new village from the ground up. As the village bailiff, players will decide what buildings to construct and what people to recruit, as well as settling disputes between villagers. The expansion is planned for release sometime in July 2018.

In addition, Warhorse Studios revealed that it will be adding a hardcore mode to the game in a free update patch. The hardcore mode includes various changes to the base game: no visible health or stamina bar, no autosaving, and fewer assists on both combat and world navigation. It also adds various unusual character traits including brittle bones, nightmares, and claustrophobia, of which players must select two to have on their character for the entire game.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is an open world RPG set in the medieval kingdom of Bohemia. The game is claimed to be grounded in history and attempts a realistic approach to combat, survival, and setting. The game was released in February 2018 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
