Valkyria Chronicles 4 Shows Some Combat

Sega recently released a new Japanese trailer for the upcoming Valkyria Chronicles 4, focusing on the game’s tactical combat. Returning to the turn-based tactical system of the original trilogy, the video goes over various aspects of gameplay, including the new grenadier class and a new system where characters on the verge of death can do one final special action.

Valkyria Chronicles 4 is planned for release in Japan for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 21, 2018, with a Switch version arriving in summer 2018. The game is also set to be released for those same platforms in North America and Europe in 2018.
