Fantasy Adventure RPG Katanagari in Development

Publisher Zemore Indie Games and developer Jucheh revealed Katanagari, a single-player fantasy adventure RPG inspired by early-2000 MMORPGs. The game, set in a world blending medieval elements with Asian history and folklore, is available to wishlist on Steam. A playtest is expected to begin later this year.

Katanagari sees players freely explore its world and take on quests. They can also interact with NPCs, participate in minigames, and find random events and easter eggs. The game includes a five-element magic system with which players can train skills, fight creatures, gather resources, upgrade equipment, and make permanent progress.
