Colossus: Eternal Blight Available on Steam Early Access

Developer Rustic Panda Games and publisher Level Up Gaming have released action RPG Colossus: Eternal Blight on Steam Early Access. The Early Access version is priced at $15.99, with a 20% launch discount available until August 4, 2026. The initial version includes the game’s prologue and start of the first story chapter with one playable class. The game is currently expected to be in Early Access until the end of 2027.

Colossus: Eternal Blight is a top-down action RPG drawing inspiration from titles such as Hyper Light Drifter, The Legend of Zelda, Ys, and CrossCode. It takes place in the kingdom of Eireos, which is being devoured by a darkness called the Blight. Players control Lucian, a young man whose brother Lance was sworn to stop the Blight but has disappeared without a trace, with Lucian setting out in search of his brother. Combat includes parries, counters, staggers, and chained dodges, while dungeons involve puzzles that include sliding blocks, levers, riddles, musical orbs, and more. The game will also include narrative choices as Lucian decides whether or not to save those showing Blight corruption.
