New Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy and Rogue Trader Companions Shown

Owlcat Games released new trailers for Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, showing new companions in the games. Firstly, Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy’s Haymar Devos hails from the Death World of Catachan and is a former elite member of the Astra Militarum. The dangers of both have honed him into a lethal soldier with great awareness who excels close quarters and ranged combat.

Meanwhile, Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader’s Eogunn Februs joins players as part of the game’s third DLC, The Infinite Museion. He is a Tech-Priest Manipulus and Genetor Extremis, and part of the secretive Xenarite sect. Searching for forbidden knowledge and usually behaving based on cold logic, he specializes in battlefield support by drain Motive Force from foes and giving it to allies or powering up his own attacks.

Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy sees players control an acolyte of the Inquisition in the backdrop of the catastrophic event known as the Noctis Aeterna. They embark on various investigations accompanied by their warband, which includes both loyal Imperials and xenos. The game is in development for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with a release window not yet announced.

Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader is currently available for PC, Mac, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. It sees players leading a ship of personnel as they explore the dangerous Koronus Expanse. As a Rogue Trader, players are given great leeway in their dealing on behalf of the Imperium, making decisions that have rippling effects throughout the universe. It has received two DLC expansions, Void Shadows and Lex Imperialis, with The Infinite Museion and a further expansion planned for 2026.
