I suppose lately it’s been Animal Crossing: new Horizons for me. I’ve stopped playing it regularly some time ago, but I revisit it from time to time and I find it comforting. For a less common RPG example, I like to replay EarthBound beginning every couple of years and I think it’s something of a comfort game for me.
