Nexon Shows Project Overkill, The First Berserker: Khazan

During this week’s G-STAR 2024 show in Korea, publisher Nexon provided new trailers and gameplay footage for its upcoming RPGs Project Overkill and The First Berserker: Khazan. The publisher put out a new trailer and two gameplay videos for both titles, which can be viewed below.

Both Project Overkill and The First Berserker: Khazan are developed by Neople and set in the Dungeon & Fighter multiverse. Project Overkill is a 3D action RPG taking place fourteen years before the events of Dungeon Fighter Online. It sees players meeting various characters from Dungeon Fighter Online and experiencing a mixture of familiar and new adventures in the world of Arad. Project Overkill is in development for PC, iOS, and Android, though a release window has not been announced.

The First Berserker: Khazan is billed as a hardcore action RPG that follows Khazan on his quest for vengeance. After rising to become the Great General of Pell Los and a hero to the empire, he is falsely accused of treason and exiled to the mountains. During his quest, he meets the mysterious Blade Phantom, which grants him new powers. The game is planned to release in early 2025 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
