The Legend of Heroes: Kai no Kiseki Reveals Further Characters
Nihon Falcom released its latest character-focused screenshots and art for the upcoming The Legend of Heroes: Kai no Kiseki – Farewell, O Zemuria. As with previous updates, the new images reveal more characters appearing in the game. This batch introduces new characters Simeon and Ulrica, both members of Ouroboros, as well as returning characters Ixs, Jorda, Roy Gramheart, Kasim Al-Fayed, and Mirabel Aalton.
The series’ twentieth anniversary title, The Legend of Heroes: Kai no Kiseki sees Van Arkride, protagonist of Trails through Daybreak and Trails through Daybreak II, return in the role for the game. Kai no Kiseki’s story revolves around two major developments in the series and a prophesied calamity for the Zemurian continent. As the fated year approaches, the Republic of Calvard seeks to explore space by sending up an Orbal rocket. Meanwhile, many forces and people from across Zemuria have been congregating at a location known as the Singularity, in the independent territory of Ored. The Legend of Heroes: Kai no Kiseki is set for release in Japan for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on September 26, 2024.
