Aikyam Announced

Toronto-based developer Thousand Stars Studio has announced that its Bollywood-inspired fantasy RPG Aikyam will make its way to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Although there is no release date as of this writing, the game is available to wishlist on Steam.

Aikyam is set in an ancient Indian village thrown into turmoil after its co-mayors go missing, with demons plotting to steal their prized possession, the Celestial Glue, and plunge the world into despair. Players take on the roles of Vishva, Ramli, and Guru-ji as they attempt to win the villagers’ hearts in lavish cinematic turn-based battles to unite the populace against the demons.

I have been gaming since I received the Sega Master System as a young child, which was the first console I ever owned (Yes, I am that old). The game that got me into RPGs was Final Fantasy VIII, a game that I still adore to this day. My favorite RPG of all time, however, is Shadow Hearts on the PS2. I do have many other interests outside of gaming as well, such as watching old-school wrestling, Reading books, 80s movies.... or anything 80s related as a matter of fact.
