Wandering Sword Update Released

Developer The Swordman Studio and publisher Spiral Up Games have released a major update for the Chinese martial arts RPG Wandering Sword titled The Southern Chronicles. Details on how to activate the new side storyline included in the update can be viewed on the game update page via Steam. Wandering Sword is currently available for PC via Steam for $24.99.

The Southern Chronicles sees players venture into the Monkey Woods, encountering new characters, recruiting martial artists, and attempting to resolve the crisis involving the Nanjiang tribes, Pili School, and the Imperial Court during their journey. The side storyline comes with new features, including multiple difficulty levels. As the difficulty increases, so do the enemies’ stats and senses. In return, players will be rewarded with higher inheritance points and rewards. New Game+ allows players to start a new game upon completion from the Inheritance Library, where inheritance points earned from completing the game can be exchanged for coins, meridian points, martial points, and much more.
