Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution Gets May Western Release Window

Idea Factory International announced that Neptunia spin-off Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution will release in North America and Europe in May 2024. The game will be available physically and digitally for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. A Limited Edition will be revealed and made available to pre-order through Idea Factory International’s North American and European online stores at a later date.

Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution stars an older version of series protagonist Neptune. It is set in a world with competing game studios and sees Neptune joining up with a trio of developer goddesses whose endeavour went under after losing market share in order to revive their fortunes. The game will feature four-character parties in its action combat system, and players will be able to explore areas on a motorbike, with some areas featuring racing sections. It will also include a photo mode and studio management elements, where players can develop discs that improve characters skills. As the company grows, better discs can be developed.
