WiZmans World Re;Try Gets Japanese Release Date

City Connection announced that WiZmans World Re;Try, its remaster of Jaleco and Lancarse’s Nintendo DS title WiZmans World, will release in Japan for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch on May 30, 2024. PC and Xbox One versions are planned to follow at a later date. The game’s Steam page indicates that the PC version will be available internationally, though no announcement has been made regarding the console versions.

WiZmans World launched for Nintendo DS in Japan in 2010 and has not yet been released in English. The game follows a young amnesic sorcerer who embarks on an adventure to restore the world and befriends three homunculus girls in the process. The three girls are able to change their appearances and abilities via an Anima Fusion system, where players collect the souls of monsters.
