More Modes Detailed for Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai

Square Enix has revealed information on two modes for its upcoming action RPG Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai. Aside from the main story mode, players can continue their adventures in the Temple of Recollection and Challenge modes.

In the Temple of Recollection, players will use the characters and abilities obtained during the story mode to progress through a unique dungeon that is different every time they enter. The difficulty builds and traps become more deadly the farther players advance in the Temple of Recollection, so they will need to balance the risk of advancing further versus the reward of escaping with the items they’ve claimed.

After completing the main story mode, players will unlock Challenge Mode for additional playthroughs. Challenge Mode remixes battles from the story to offer veteran RPGamers an ultimate test of their abilities.

Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai is planned to release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on September 28, 2023. The game follows the events of the Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai manga and animated series up until the battle of Sovereign Rock.
