Lords of the Fallen Reboot Receives New Story Trailer

CI Games and Hexworks released a new trailer for the Lords of the Fallen reboot at this week’s Gamescom. The two-minute story trailer violently sets the scene for the fantasy action RPG, showing a variety of dangerous locations, characters, and creatures.

The new Lords of the Fallen takes place a thousand years after, and acts as a reboot to, the original 2014 Lords of the Fallen. It is set in a world split between the realms of the living and the dead. Players travels between the two realms, aiming to overthrown Adyr, the demon God. Like its predecessor, it features an open world, and will include two-player online co-op. The game is planned to release for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on October 13, 2023.
