Disgaea 7 Trailer Introduces Fuji, Pirilika

NIS America released a new English trailer for tactical RPG Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless. The two-minute video introduces the game’s two main progatonists, lazy samurai Fuji and otaku Pirilika. The duo collect an odd assortment of allies as they search for the Seven Weapons of Origin in order to defeat the Shogunate.

Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless takes place in the Hinomoto Netherworld Cluster, a netherworld inspired by Japanese culture that is losing its “Bushido” lifestyle after being taken over by the corrupt Oedo Shogunate. The game adds a new Jumbification feature, as well as Item Reincarnation and an improved auto-battle system that lets players program character behaviour. Disgaea 7 will release in North America and Europe for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch in fall 2023.
