Fahrenheit 213 Announces Tsurugihime

Developer Fahrenheit 213, a studio founded by Murdered: Soul Suspect and Fate/Grand Order director Yosuke Shiokawa, officially announced its debut project. Tsurugihime is a side-scrolling action RPG and features character designs from Kuroboshi Kouhaku (Summon Night, Kino’s Journey) and music from Takeharu Ishimoto (The World Ends with You, Final Fantasy Type-0).

Tsurugihime gives players 100 days to prepare for its final battle and features “crafting” as a major theme. The game features multiple endings depending on how players use their 100 days, be it steadily growing through combat, challenging tough enemies from the outset, or living in peace. The game’s combat sees players gaining access to up to 1,000 weapons. In addition, the game’s protagonist is supported by their sister, whose personality can change depending on the player’s choices.

Tsurugihime is being developed for PC. It is planned to release with English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese language support in 2024.
