Soccer Story Launching This Month

Publisher No More Robots and developer PanicBarn announced that Soccer Story will release on November 29, 2022. The game is a comedic open-world soccer-themed RPG and will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. The developer is running a closed beta for the game, with those wishing to participate able to apply here.

Soccer Story is set one year after The Calamity™ saw the end of soccer, with the sport banned across the world. However, a magical soccer ball chooses the player character as its saviour. Its single-player story mode sees players adventure across numerous locations, using the ball to serve a multitude of problems covering multiple sports and puzzles as they seek to remind the world of “the Beautiful Game”. The game will also include a four-player local multiplayer match mode.
