Soul Hackers 2 Gets New English Trailer, Launch DLC Detailed

Update [8/10] — Atlus has also now provided an English trailer showcasing the game’s launch DLC options, which can be viewed below.

Atlus released a new English trailer for its upcoming Soul Hackers 2. The two-minute video introduces protagonist Ringo’s allies and some of the gameplay elements. In addition, Atlus Japan released a new trailer detailing the DLC that will available at launch. The DLC is available in a single bundle for $39.99/¥4840, as well as in separate packs as follows (individual listed items also available separately in Japan):

Bonus Story Arc: The Lost Numbers ($9.99/¥990)

  • Additional story episode focused on the character Nana. Consists of various missions between levels 10 and 99 available from Club Cretaceous, which take players to the Yatagai Training Center dungeon.

Bonus Demon Pack ($12.99/¥1540)

  • Nemissa and Zaou-Gongen Set
  • Satan and Tzitzimitl Set
  • Mara and Armaiti Set
  • Anahita and Masakado Set

Costume & BGM Pack ($12.99/¥1540)

  • Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers costumes and background music set
  • Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha costumes and background music set
  • Persona 5 costumes and background music set
  • Persona 4 costumes and background music set
  • Shin Megami Tensei IV costumes and background music set

There will also be Useful Items Set and Very Hard difficulty DLC available for free.

Soul Hackers 2 is a new title in Shin Megami Tensei’s Devil Summoner spin-off series and is set in a world where certain people are able to command demons to fight using customisable devices called COMPs. The game is planned to release in Japan on August 25, 2022, and in North America and Europe on August 26, 2022, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
