Songs of Conquest Enters Early Access

Lavapotion and Coffee Stain Publishing have released Songs of Conquest into Early Access. The game is available digitally on PC for $29.99/€29.99.

Inspired by turn-based strategy titles of the ’90s, Songs of Conquest has players take control of Wielders, powerful mages, as they explore the land of Aerbor and build up armies and kingdoms to tackle campaigns or other players in online competitive matches. The game features four distinct factions, each available to play at launch: Arleon, a kingdom allied with the wild Faey; Rana, the swamp-dwelling tribes in search of a lost legacy; the Barony of Loth, who utilize dark magic to bring the dead back to life; and Barya, a merchant state with massive wealth. Single-player campaigns for the Arleon and Rana are available as part of the game’s launch. Songs of Conquest also features a map editor, allowing players to create and share their own adventures.
