Welcome to the latest edition of RPGamer’s round-up column, where we look back at some of the articles that we have posted over the previous week. This article is designed to give reminders of some interesting content and stories that our readers might have missed.

Ice Code Games has put together a posse with Good Shepherd Entertainment, and it’s hankerin’ to fill the West with demons, outlaws, and foul hexes. Zach Welhouse gets an early look at tactical battler Hard West II, which will be pulling into the station later in 2022 with its gruesome bounty.

Z.H.P.: Unlosing Ranger vs Darkdeath Evilman arrives on the Nintendo Switch as part of Prinny Presents NIS Classics Vol. 2. Phil Willis provides a report on his time with the game.

Embracer Group announced a deal to acquire three studios from Square Enix. The deal includes Crystal Dynamics, Eidos-Montréal, and Square Enix Montréal as well as associated IPs including Tomb Raider and Deus Ex.

Grinding Gear Games is preparing to launch its latest Path of Exile expansion. Path of Exile: Sentinel brings both a new challenge league and some more end-game content.

The NIS Classics Volume 3 remaster collection has release dates. La Pucelle: Ragnarok and Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure will hit PC and Switch in North America at the end of August.

Ludomotion and Big Sugar’s Unexplored 2: The Wayfarer’s Legacy will exit Early Access on PC this month. An Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S release is also planned for a later date.

Pixel action RPG Eldest Souls has received a free new expansion. Depths of the Forgotten takes players beneath the Citadel and is available on all platforms.

New Souls Hackers 2 media and details cover party member Saizo. The freelance Demon Summoner joins protagonist Ringo after falling afoul of the Phantom Society.
