Digimon Survive Gets New Teaser Trailer

Bandai Namco released a new teaser for upcoming tactical RPG Digimon Survive following last month’s development update from producer Kazumasa Habu. The two-minute video introduces the game’s main cast and shows a brief snippet of gameplay. Bandai Namco also released the full video of the Digimon Con Q&A session where Kazumasa Habu provided the aforementioned update on the game.

Digimon Survive aims to mix visual novel, tactical RPG, and monster-raising gameplay. It stars a middle school student who gets lost in the digital world and and will have three story routes available in the first playthrough — “Morality”, “Harmony”, and “Rage” — with a fourth hidden route unlocked after the game is completed once. Digimon Survive is in development for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, but does not currently have a release date.
