Paraside: Duality Unbound Announced

Developer Mistold Games and publisher WhisperGames announced strategy RPG Paraside: Duality Unbound. The title is set in a universe where Earth has been affected by an apocalypse that left humanity in the brink of destruction. The player is tasked with leading Earth’s remnants against extraplanar threats and reclaiming territories under the enemy’s control.

Battles take place on isometric maps that possess two different layouts representing different realities players can toggle between thanks to a mechanic known as Duality Manipulation. The game features a base management system, allowing players to build new facilities and develop tools such as Dual Arts for their units to use in battles. New allies can be recruited from across the globe, granting access to new skills and insights.

Paraside: Duality Unbound is set to release in 2025 for PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch, with further details being revealed through 2024. The game will be showcased at several events such as Bilibili World, Gamescom, PAX West, and Tokyo Game Show.
