SpellForce III Console Release Pushed to June

THQ Nordic announced a further delay to SpellForce III Reforced, the console versions of RPG/RTS hybrid SpellForce III. Previously planned for release on March 8, 2022, the game will now launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on June 7, 2022. The base game will be available digitally for $39.99/€39.99, with the Soul Harvest and Fallen God expansions priced $19.99/€19.99 each and a Complete Edition containing the game and both expansion available for $59.99/€59.99.

Originally released in 2017 on PC, SpellForce III is an RTS/RPG hybrid where players create a hero and raise armies in a massive campaign. Reforced reworks the factions, skill trees, quests, and loot distribution, while introducing visual upgrades, enhanced UI, gamepad support, and co-op modes with mod support.
