Guns Undarkness Officially Announced

Kodansha Game Creators’ Lab and Megarock (aka Shoji Meguro) have officially announced Guns Undarkness. Previously teased with Shoji Meguro’s announcement last week, where he stated that he was leaving Atlus to move into indie development, the game is a stealth RPG with command-based combat. It is in development for PC and planned to release on Steam, though no release window has been announced.

Guns Undarkness takes place in the year 2045 in a world devastated by nuclear war. Players are put in the role of a member of a Private Military Company, undertaking missions and trying to avoid enemy detection to give them an advantage when combat breaks out. The game will feature songs with lyrics from Lotus Juice (who previously worked with Shoji Meguro on Persona 3 and other titles) and character designs from Ilya Kuvshinov (who previously worked on Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045).
